hyaluronic acid
It is a polysaccharide that occurs naturally in our skin and contributes to hydration, endurance, healing and regeneration.
Which hyaluronic acid do we use:
Animal-free, synthetic-free: The hyaluronic acid on the market is mostly synthetic while in the past and hopefully no longer derived from poultry. We choose to use hyaluronic acid derived from enzymes involved in bacterial fermentation, ie it is of natural origin.
We use a combination of low and high molecular weight hyaluronic acid. The low molecular weight has the ability to penetrate the lower layers of the skin and hydrate it from within, while the high molecular weight stays in the upper layers and creates an outer protective film that shields moisture.
What properties does it have:
Strong hydration: it has the ability to retain 600 times its weight in water. It thus increases the skin's moisture content while reducing its loss.
Tissue regeneration: activates cell renewal, acts as an anti-inflammatory and even accelerates wound healing.
Anti-wrinkle action: restores the elasticity of the skin and smoothes it, reducing wrinkles and fine lines. At the same time, it helps improve the connection of collagen and elastin fibres.
Rosewater
It comes from the distillation of the flowers of the Damascus rose and is used in anti-ageing products to prevent or fight wrinkles.
Which rosewater do we use
It is derived from double distillation of Greek fresh roses (Rosa Damascena) grown entirely naturally in northern Greece and collected one by one, at first daylight, just before opening, so the petals do not lose their delicious aroma and properties.
What properties does it have:
It has softening and whitening properties and significantly helps improve dark circles and under-eye puffiness.
It fights the bacteria that live on the skin, relieves irritations and moisturises and soothes the skin at the same time.
Panthenol
It is mainly used in anti-ageing products. It is also called provitamin B5 because it is converted into vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) when it comes in contact with the skin.
What properties does it have:
It is a key component of coenzyme A, which plays a key role in the repair mechanisms of cells and tissues while helping in the growth of new skin cells.
Soothes and softens skin by sealing off moisture and preventing dryness and dehydration.
It helps maintain skin elasticity.
It works together with DMAE (Dimethylaminoethanol) in the production of acetylcholine that stimulates and tightens the skin.
It has anti-inflammatory properties making it suitable for irritated skin.
How we use it:
To have all the above properties, its presence in sufficient quantities is necessary in each of our cosmetic recipes. It is common to use it in very small quantities, simply to label it as an ingredient, without ultimately giving the desired effect to the final product.
Organic vitamin E.
Vitamin E is a classic antioxidant that slows down the signs of ageing and stimulates blood circulation in the skin.
It prevents the loss of moisture from the skin, making it ideal for dry skin. At the same time, it deeply cleanses pores and helps regulate the sebum needed for even the oiliest skin.
Protects skin from environmental pollution, pollutants, extreme weather conditions and sunlight.
It is ideal for repairing damaged skin tissue and blemishes and soothes sunburns.
What vitamin E we use:
Vitamin E is a combination of tocopherols (alpha, beta, gamma, delta) with alpha-tocopherol being the most important.
Alpha can also be made synthetically and this form is usually used for economic reasons.
We choose to use only the natural form, not only for its naturalness, but also for its greater efficacy. It comes from organic non-GM soybean oil and is naturally concentrated.

It regulates sebum secretion, making it ideal for both dry and oily skin.
It cleanses the lymph, reducing swelling and speeding up the wound-healing process.
Citrus fruits (tangerine, grapefruit, orange)
Tangerine, a valuable source of antioxidants, has been shown to inactivate free radicals and reduce the external signs of ageing.
Orange rejuvenates dull skin and helps produce collagen.
Grapefruit firms the skin and keeps it clean. It also has an astringent effect and tightens large or open pores of the skin.
