Foot scrub for soft feet
Suffering from cracked heels or lots of calluses on your feet? That can be very painful. Especially if it gets worse. It is important to pamper your feet every now and then. Regular foot scrubbing makes your feet soft and nourishes them. It also helps remove dead skin cells.
Foot scrub with magnesium salt
Magnesium salt or epsom salt gently exfoliates and helps relax feet and reduce pain. Magnesium salt has been used for several generations for its beneficial effects. It very effectively helps reduce unpleasant foot odour and relieve inflammation.
What is the best way to use the foot scrub?
The foot scrub is applied to the wet skin of the feet (preferably soaked in warm water) and the feet are massaged with gentle movements. Rub each toe, the heels, the whole foot up to the calf. Take your time, let your feet absorb the oils, enjoy the scents. If the scrub looks too rough, sprinkle some water to better dissolve the salt. After scrubbing, rinse with warm water, dry off and apply foot cream - deodorant. Feet may be slippery after this procedure, so put on cotton socks so that the cream and oils can be absorbed into the skin and nourish it even better.
